Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 85.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 13 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
